Website design · Companies and SMEs
Websites for your business
Business website design for companies and SMEs: from a brochure site of a few pages to a multi-page or multilingual corporate site, planned around what your customers search for. After launch we look after hosting, updates and SEO. Brochure sites from €2,500, corporate sites from €4,500, excluding VAT.
For companies in Italy and abroad: briefings by email and WhatsApp, copy and photos in shared folders, online feedback rounds and training.
Why KVA
Brochure, corporate, multilingual
Anyone looking for a supplier compares several websites before getting in touch: a business website has a few seconds to say what you do, for whom and where, to show real proof and to make asking for a quote easy. That is why business website design, for SMEs and larger companies alike, starts with two formats. The brochure site, up to 8 pages in one or two languages, presents the business and its services. The corporate site, 10–25 pages or three or more languages, is for when you need a catalogue, news, several offices or foreign markets.
Since 2015 we have delivered more than 50 projects, many of them for companies and service firms. The website of a transport company puts its fleet and quote requests up front; an agricultural machinery dealer's site has a catalogue its staff update themselves. For a company serving the public sector we organised the offer by category; for an energy sales partner with several offices, we designed a site built for local searches. And for clients in Switzerland, the UK and Monaco we have built bilingual and multilingual sites.
Structure, copy and layouts are approved before development, which we do on our own WordPress theme or as a static site: fast pages, technical SEO, structured data and a linked Google Business Profile. After launch we keep looking after the site, for a fixed yearly fee that covers a server in Europe, backups, updates and malware removal. The domain stays in your name and, if you want to rank higher on Google, ongoing SEO starts at €400 a month excluding VAT.

FAQ
Common questions
The questions companies ask us most often before launching or rebuilding their site: costs, brochure versus corporate, timing, languages, Google and yearly costs.
How much does a business website cost?
A brochure site of up to 8 pages in one or two languages costs from €2,500 to €4,500 excluding VAT; a corporate site of 10–25 pages or in three or more languages, from €4,500 to €9,000. A landing page (a single page) costs from €1,600 to €2,500. If the site also has to sell, an online store costs from €5,000 to €15,000; a members' area or management software starts at €9,000. Hosting and maintenance are a fixed yearly fee, set in the quote.
What is the difference between a brochure site and a corporate site?
A brochure site presents the business in a few pages, up to 8, in one or two languages: who you are, what you do, where you are and how to get in touch. A corporate site has 10–25 pages or three or more languages and adds a catalogue, news, several offices or foreign markets. Timing differs too: 2–4 weeks versus 4–6; you can start with a brochure site and grow it without starting over.
What do you need from me to get started?
A first conversation about goals and services, then your logo and visual identity, copy and photos if you already have them: you can write the copy yourself with our guidance or hand it to us, quoted separately. We also need access to the domain, which stays in your name. After the briefing you receive a content map and a quote; work starts with a 30% deposit on acceptance and the balance is due at launch.
How long does a business website take?
From the delivery of content it usually takes 1–2 weeks for a landing page, 2–4 for a brochure site, 4–6 for a corporate site and 4–8 if there is also an online store. If you already have a site, it stays online until the new one is ready, and the old addresses are redirected to the new pages.
Will the site be found on Google?
Every site comes with basic technical SEO: fast pages, one page per service, carefully written titles and descriptions, structured data and a linked Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise the top position; to rank for the most competitive searches there is ongoing SEO, from €400 a month excluding VAT.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes. Two languages already fit in a brochure site; from three languages up it becomes a corporate site. For each foreign market we adapt content and international SEO, with dedicated pages and addresses for every language; translations come from you or your translator and we put them in place. Support is in Italian and English.
What does it cost to run the site each year?
Hosting on our own server in Europe, backups, updates, monitoring and malware removal are covered by a fixed yearly fee, set in the quote according to the site. You update the copy yourself from the admin panel, the domain stays in your name and SEO, if you need it, is a separate service.
