Websites for hotels and B&Bs
Websites for hotels, B&Bs and holiday rentals: rooms and offers with large photos, copy in your guests' languages and a booking button linked to the booking engine you already use. Direct bookings through your site carry no OTA commission. From €2,500 excluding VAT.
Fully remote, wherever your property is: email and WhatsApp, photos and copy in shared folders, online training on the admin panel.
Why KVA
A website that fills the rooms
People choosing somewhere to stay compare photos, prices and reviews across several sites, and often book on the OTA where they found you. You pay the OTA a commission on every booking made there, but not on those made through your own site. A hotel or B&B website therefore has to win over people who are already interested: real photos of the rooms, amenities and location explained clearly, up-to-date offers and a booking button always in view, on a smartphone too.
Since 2015 we have delivered more than 50 projects, and several have a lot in common with a hotel website. For a hotel's restaurant we built a bilingual site, with table booking always in view and a section dedicated to the hotel. For a Monte Carlo real estate group we built a four-language site, with full-screen photos and video and listings the team updates itself. For a wellness centre, treatments, gift vouchers and online sales live side by side on one site.
We connect the site to the booking engine you already use: availability, rates and payments stay where you manage them today, and from every page guests reach the booking step. You update rooms, amenities and offers yourself from the admin panel, in every language; translations come from you or your translator. After launch we take care of European hosting, backups and updates for a fixed yearly fee; the domain stays in the property's name.

FAQ
Common questions
The most common questions from hotels, B&Bs and holiday rentals: costs, direct bookings and OTAs, booking engines, languages, updates, Google and timing.
How much does a hotel or B&B website cost?
For a B&B or a small hotel a brochure site of up to 8 pages in one or two languages is usually enough, from €2,500 to €4,500 excluding VAT. A hotel with a restaurant, spa and events, or with three or more languages, moves up to a multi-page site, from €4,500 to €9,000. Online sales of gift vouchers and packages run from €5,000 to €15,000; hosting and maintenance are a fixed yearly fee, set in the quote.
Can the website reduce my reliance on OTAs?
It can move some bookings from OTAs to your own site. OTAs remain useful for being discovered. The site is for people who have already found you and want to book with you: real photos, perks for booking direct, a booking button always in view and a linked Google profile. Nobody can guarantee how many bookings will come through the site, but each one saves you the OTA commission.
Can you connect the site to my booking engine?
Yes, when your booking engine provides a booking widget, a button or a link with dates to place on the site. Availability, rates and payments stay in the system you already use: the site does not replace your management software, it connects to it. If you do not have a booking engine yet, we start with an availability request form that reaches you by email and connect the engine once you have chosen it.
Which languages can a hotel website be in?
Your own language and English are the baseline, because many guests come from abroad; German, French or other languages are added with copy supplied by you or your translator. Each language has its own pages and URLs, so the site can be found by people searching in their own language. We have already built a four-language site for a client in Monte Carlo.
Can I update rooms, photos and offers myself?
Yes, from the admin panel, even from your phone: copy, photos, offers and seasonal specials, in every language. Rates and availability stay in the booking engine, so you never update them twice. On delivery we train you online.
Will the site help me show up on Google and Google Maps?
Yes, with local SEO: pages built for searches in your area, structured data for accommodation, fast pages and a linked Google Business Profile, which is what shows on Google Maps. We help you complete it with photos, amenities and useful details. Nobody can promise the top position; to grow over time there is ongoing SEO, from €400 a month excluding VAT.
How long does a site for my property take?
From the delivery of copy and photos it usually takes 2–4 weeks for a B&B or small hotel site and 4–6 for a hotel with more services or three or more languages. It pays to start a few weeks before high season: the old site stays online until the switch, with the redirects ready.
