Website design and development
Repetto Gallery is a well-known gallery dedicated to modern and contemporary art, now based in Lugano; when we built its website it was in Mayfair, London. For its website it wanted a modern, clean design in keeping with this approach, one that would showcase the big names it handles.
We designed a white, minimal layout: a centred red logo, a full-screen menu with the About, Artists, Exhibitions, Fairs, Publications, News and Contact sections, and a home page slider dedicated to current shows. The artists get plenty of space — including Pier Paolo Calzolari, Alfredo Chighine, Christo and Lucio Fontana — with their works and dedicated exhibitions browsable in an orderly, intuitive way.
The website served Repetto Gallery for three years; in 2019 the gallery asked us for a redesign that gives even more prominence to photographs of exhibitions and fairs.
